Lumison Technology and Robotics and TERA Robotics have signed an exclusive strategic partnership agreement with Unitree Robotics, one of the world’s leading robotics companies.
Dolmabahçe Holding has taken an important step to strengthen its vision in robotics and artificial intelligence. Under the agreement, the Turkish partnership will manage the strategic representation, distribution, technical support, after-sales services and cooperation on future joint technology projects for Unitree Robotics’ advanced technologies in Türkiye.
The partnership aims to strengthen Türkiye’s technology ecosystem in robotics and artificial intelligence, connect domestic engineering capability with the global technology network, and expand next-generation robotics solutions across different sectors.
Bringing future robotics technologies to Türkiye
Abdülkadir Özkan, Vice Chairman of TERA Robotics and Chairman of Lumison Technology and Robotics, said the agreement represents a historic milestone for Türkiye’s high-technology ecosystem. The companies are combining their domestic engineering strength with Unitree’s advanced technologies to build a broad partnership model spanning technical infrastructure, training, after-sales services and new technology projects.
Türkiye move in the global market
Unitree’s move into Türkiye is expected to open the way for new investment and technology projects across industrial production, defence, logistics and daily-life integration. Technical infrastructure, training, service and project-development organisations are expected to begin operating in the near term.
The first concrete step: TERABOT
Following the partnership, TERA Group Chairman Emre Tezmen introduced the TERABOT brand. The TERABOT product family developed with Unitree technology includes the TERA NEO humanoid robot, TERA SPARK robot dog and TERA LIGHT mobile robot platform, designed for industry, logistics, services and research.
