Işıl Türegün Balaban

Born in Istanbul, Isil Turegun Balaban graduated from Dumlupinar University, Department of Economics, and received additional training in Public Relations at Anadolu University.

She began her professional career in audit and accounting, serving as an auditor at Trend Audit and Certified Public Accountancy Inc., before taking on finance and accounting responsibilities across companies operating in multiple sectors.

In 2008, she joined Petrol Ofisi Inc., where she worked in accounting, fixed assets and investment processes. During this period, she played an active role in establishing the financial infrastructure of group companies, developing reporting systems and structuring financial processes.

Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive expertise in financial planning, budget management, cash flow control, tax planning and the development and sustainability of corporate financial reporting systems.

Since 2019, she has served as a financial consultant within Dolmabahce group companies, contributing significantly to the institutionalization of financial management processes, the establishment of structured budget planning systems and the strengthening of regulatory compliance frameworks.

As of 2026, serving as Board Member and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Dolmabahce Holding, she is responsible for financial strategy development, resource management, investment planning and the coordination of financial risk management processes.

She has completed certification programs in Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), internal audit and financial management. She holds the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has proficiency in English.
