Leyla Hazal Mallı

Born in Samsun, Leyla Hazal Malli completed her secondary and high school education at Istek Foundation Atanur Oguz Schools. She graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of International Trade and Business Administration, and is currently continuing her graduate studies in Marketing at the same university.

She began her professional career in international project and operations management, gaining extensive experience in planning, coordination and execution of operational processes through multidisciplinary projects conducted across various sectors. Throughout her career, she has taken active roles in the defense industry, international business development and event management, contributing to the operational management of public and international projects.

Malli has participated in commercial and organizational projects carried out across multiple regions, particularly in the United States, Canada and Indonesia. Through these experiences, she developed strong expertise in operational planning, contract coordination, institutional partnership development and project management.

Serving as Chief Operations Officer at Dolmabahce Holding, she is responsible for coordinating holding-wide operations, planning strategic initiatives and ensuring the effective execution of operational processes. As of 2026, she also serves as a Board Member, actively contributing to the operational sustainability of projects and the development of corporate processes within the holding structure.

She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) Turkiye-Finland Business Council, supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening regional trade relations and international investment cooperation.

She has advanced proficiency in English and basic knowledge of German.
